LoveFest Meet & Greets offer fans an exclusive chance to connect directly with their favorite vertical drama stars in a safe, welcoming, and moderated online setting. 

More Meet & Greets will be added as creatives confirm their availability, so please keep checking back. If a session is sold out, you’ll be able to join the waitlist, and we’ll then liaise with the creative to see whether any additional slots can be made available.

GIFTS

If you’d like to purchase a Meet & Greet as a gift, simply complete the purchase as normal and then email jen@verticaldramalovefest.com straight away. Please include that the ticket has been bought as a gift, the name of the person it is for, and their email address so we can make sure the booking is updated correctly.

1 to 1 Meet And Greet Sessions

1-to-1 Sessions ( 5 MINUTES): A personal, uninterrupted video chat between the fan and the star, with a professional moderator present to ensure a comfortable and respectful experience. Fans can share what the performance meant to them, ask a question, or simply enjoy the moment. All sessions are live and not recorded, creating intimate, once-in-a-lifetime moments with the stars who bring vertical dramas to life.

GROUP MEET & GREETS

Group Meet & Greets (30 minutes): Each session includes up to 10 fans and features solo, duo, or trio formats with 1–3 actors or creatives. Every attendee gets the opportunity to speak and ask questions, making it feel like a private mini cast party.

All Meet & Greet participants must hold a valid LoveFest 2026 event ticket. If you purchase a Meet & Greet session without also holding a LoveFest ticket, your Meet & Greet booking will be cancelled and refunded.

Online Meet & Greet Disclaimer

By purchasing and participating in a paid Meet & Greet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Behaviour Expectations
All participants must behave respectfully towards the creative, moderator and other attendees. Harassment, threatening or abusive language, nudity, sexual or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.

Creative Safety & Right of Refusal
The comfort and safety of participating creatives is extremely important to us. LoveFest and participating creatives reserve the right to refuse, cancel or end a Meet & Greet where there are concerns about an attendee’s participation or behaviour. If a booking is cancelled in advance for this reason, the affected Meet & Greet ticket will be refunded.

Timing & Missed Sessions
Meet & Greets run to a fixed schedule, so we cannot guarantee additional time beyond your allocated slot. If you are late or miss your session, we cannot guarantee that it can be rescheduled or accommodated elsewhere.

Non-Transferable Access
Meet & Greet access is for the original ticket holder only and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the organisers. See above re gifts

No Recording or Rebroadcasting
Meet & Greets are private, live experiences. Recording, screen recording, photographing, livestreaming or rebroadcasting any part of the session is strictly prohibited unless express permission has been given in advance.

Privacy & Security
Please do not share sensitive personal information during your Meet & Greet. The organisers or moderator may end an interaction if privacy, safeguarding or safety concerns arise.

Refund Policy
All sales are final except where LoveFest cancels a Meet & Greet or specifically confirms that a refund will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, late attendance or removal due to a breach of these terms.
