What is the craziest thing you have found yourself doing while working on a vertical?
i found myself hanging out by the pool drinking a Alcohol Free Margarita while running my lines in the Orange County Mansion. It was one of those moments where I felt lucky to be in a career field where I can literally just do this. No other line of work let’s us be in so many settings!
Any funny stories you can share with us?
Other than tripping and falling during a take nothing comes to mind. :,) (I’m ok!)
Who is your unsung hero? Someone in the industry who should get more credit?
Cameron Somers. When I saw him act in Masked Moonling he was phenomenal. He gave me Christian Bale vibes.
What do you wish more people knew about verticals?
I wish they knew that Verticals are up and coming and are steadily becoming the future.
What developments would you like to see in the industry in the year ahead?
I’d love to see SAG Verticals become just as mainstream as NU verticals. Seriously there are so many good verticals out there and I’m so happy they’re finally getting the love they deserve!
What are you most proud of?
I am proud to have been booking consistently in 2026. I’m proud to have learned the Violin too!

Other than myself (obviously ;)) Kirby Ellwood!
