You will see I don't have much to say about this vertical in my review. And that's the challenge here. There is just not much to dig into.

It is well acted @giodeval and @moncherielle are both good. @giodeval in particular does a good care worn man who just looks exhausted at being trapped at the law firm

Because it is Candyjar productions value is good and there is no vertical nonsense here. But it is really slight.

It's only 39 episodes, and felt more like part of a TV show than a standalone film.

And I don't think this couple are still together.

The only connection between Poppy and Bryce seems to be physical attraction / chemistry and the fact she gives him sass when he tries the jerk boss routine.

We don't really know anything more about them, or any deeper reasons why they are together. I'm sure the attraction is just because it is 'forbidden fruit' and they can't be together.

Personally I reckon they will soon drift apart and be in relationships with other people.

And I feel I am being a bit harsh here but compare it to other none YA @watchcandyjar stories like My Girl, Not All About You, Yes Mr Knight, So It Goes, How Not To Date Your Neighbour. They all had much more to say, and built more in depth characters.

We know more about the leads, what their weaknesses and strengths are and why they are together.

So perfectly enjoyable watch, and as I said, good performances, but not one to add to the Candyjar legends canon.
