Oh this is joy in a vertical. Yes it is total nonsense but glorious fun and a reminder of why I fell in love with the format.
It has heart, there is a sweet romance, Colton and Tornell take their shirts off a lot, people fall in swimming pools (with high stakes here give the hydrophobia), dastardly deeds are done and if there is a chance for comedy everyone leans into it.
No slapping or bullying or salaciousness. HOORAY

@sofialopezbe is a hero for dragging Colton up that hill and is so darn good. One of the best at doing spunky and heart and vulnerability. I've missed her on my phone screen. She is dynamite
And I adore @jacksontiller__ doing comedy. He is sooo funny. Chewing that straw, just the way he changes his stance when visiting the ranch in his suit, his confused face when Tom is polishing his shoes. It's just the best
Tom and Kira - officially obsessed - bravo @emilyrosemorris & @scottymullen who take side characters and nearly steal the whole darn vertical
Andriana Garbiso brings the heart as Victoria
@hunterxpittman does some truly excellent glares as thwarted Chloe
@michaelalanperl is a truly excellent snarling boo hiss villain
And Nick Andrew is super as alternate love interest Tornell, that is a brave man going up against JT and he holds his own
I'm still grinning after finishing this, it's just sunshine in a vertical form
Honestly huge thanks to everyone involved. You are going to cheer a huge amount of people up with this - and that is a mighty powerful thing to do. Please never doubt the importance of making these 'silly little movies' - you have made my day with this.
💖 Top swoonworthy moment:
It’s so hard with a comedy to make it also romantic, but this manages both, because the leads are amazing and effortlessly switch between comedy and emotion. Colton teaching Ivy to dance and overcoming his fear of water is everything. But I suspect this will be remembered for the Colton-Tornell cowboy / water off 😂

Boo hiss to Uncle David who is incredibly dastardly and would give Dick Dastardly in Wacky Races a run for his money.
😂 Comedy gold:
The Tom (Scotty Mullen) and Kira (Emily Rose Morris) double act is one of the finest and funniest things to ever grace the vertical screen. Tom pushing Kira out of the way at the office, Kira’s throwing her leg around him to show he is her man. Just genius. But then we have Jackson Tiller chewing that straw… So many glorious moments.
🎺 Unsung hero:
I love Ivy’s mum, but it has to go to the deputy henchman who keeps getting told off for speaking the subtext and ruining his boss’s moments. So good.
