Who said verticals couldn't do thrillers?
This is excellent, popcorn chomping entertainment.
@gracewswanson quiet Mia is married to overbearing Jerry @seanstar75 who has his Drew Barrymore moment here starring in the poster but not making it past the opening few minutes
All thanks to @monayemoyes Elise who is all the better a villain because she thinks she is in the right and doing the world a favour. Oh she is joyous. What a role.
And it gives OG Grace something brilliant to work with as Mia desperately tries to find a way out, with air hostess Sophie @madeleinerochabarnette and then air Marshall @myrondonley
Everyone is superb, the tension is kept going all the way through, no time wasted and it all works.
Also beyond impressed at how this was filmed, as the whole thing is set on the plane and that must have been tricky
One of the most impressive entries in the initial @atwistofficial launch slate, and is the sort of show that looks likely to bring in the longed for wider viewership
Top work also from @vertical_romance and @crystalonbusiness directing and writing.
💖 Top swoonworthy moment:
This isn’t a romance - but I for one now have a thing for Agent Cole, who works out what is going on, and handily is a fully trained pilot. I had hopes that a romance might brew at the end, but Mia takes a different path…
🦹🏼♂️ Top villain award:
Oh ELISE - you represent the rage of perimenopausal women everywhere. Her warped logic almost works, and I dread to think how high her body count really is.
😂 Comedy gold:
Sophie taping up Elise’s mouth with duct tape when she is mid villain rant, because she has had enough. Go Sophie!
🎺 Unsung hero:
Poor air hostess Sophie, who gets dragged into the mess, her drink spiked, and still helps save the day. And also Sean McHugh, for getting possibly the best on screen death in a vertical.
