⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well I came for the action and I stayed for the comedy.

This is so much fun, 14 episodes of pure joy as samurai loving Pizza Delivery boy Kenji learns the ropes with Wyatt, encounters vampires and has to save the day and his girl, Wendy.

There are a few great action scenes, in particular the first fight with a stunning leap from @dance10fikshun - it has echoes of Trinity from The Matrix

Indeed all the cast are awesome and likeable
@jenn_mcguirk as gum chewing Darla
@quartaydenaya as Wendy who really doesn't need a man to save her (please give Wendy more stunts in the next one)
@toruuchikado who brings the ingenue naivety needed for dreamer Kenji

But this show is all about Wyatt.

MY WORD

We have been waiting for an iconic vertical character. One to mythologize.

Wyatt is that, from taking a course to become a shaman which comes in handy when you need holy water to his monologue on not disrespecting the slice

Everything is quotable.

Favourite character ever.

@misterdruska is a superstar. I need more. I demand more.

The whole project is great, this is how you use AI for fantasy sequences. The action is top notch. The visuals are inventive. The Volkswagen beetle ridiculously cool.

💖 Top swoonworthy moment:

I know we are supposed to ship Kenji and Wendy, but this is all about the bromance between Kenji and Wyatt. Kenji is having none of it at the beginning but he succumbs as you will to the awesomeness and icon that is Wyatt.

🦹🏼‍♂️ Top villain award:

Lots of fun with the vampires, from Raif who has the moves, to Vasile who can do a good evil monologue and all the vampire tricks.

😂 Comedy gold:

So many good moments, from the visual with the realisation that G Sticks (or garlic baguettes) can be used to stab vampires, to the in jokes about an AI Bruce Lee, and the fact vampires prey on aspiring actors because no one will miss them. And any Wyatt monologue. Just Wyatt end of.

🎺 Unsung hero:

Darla, who has to supervise Samurai pizza cutter wiedling Kenji, knows Wyatt will be selling stuff out of the trunk of his car, and has to keep the whole pizza show on the road.
