Ignore the title here - this is actually mega sweet, and some good messages here. It almost feels old fashioned for a vertical, the villain doesn't go too far though we do have a swimming pool dip, no drugging, and nothing click bait

Instead we have cute performances from everyone

@cailinpeluso back in those glasses again, as naive Lia who does finally realise Ryan might not be the right on for her

@benubinas who should gain even more fans off the back of this, some good yearning and longing looks.

Great to see @therobyncantrell back, not everyone could pull off that giant hat and various other style choices. She makes them work

And @loganjtomanek who I like to think lives on set with @exactfilm and pops up in most of their verts. One day you will get the girl!

It's slight and fun, this isn't going to change the world, but enjoyable hour or so here, and refreshingly innocent

💖 Top swoonworthy moment:

Ignore the title and first 2 episodes - this is actually mega sweet, and a forced proximity without the whole step sibling thing. Add in the fact that Ace is crushing on Lia throughout and the one who saved her... it's all adorable, and has some good messages about confidence and believing in yourself.

🦹🏼‍♂️ Top villain award:

Ryan is a twit. But the best bit is seeing Robyn Cantrell back playing a baddie – she does it so well. Also thankfully doesn't have a pair of scissors. Just the right amount of nasty - not too much.

😂 Comedy gold:

Um a bit of a Pretty In Pink moment, because that green dress isn't the best. And let's skip over the amazing 'jump' Lia does in the cheerleading routine.

🎺 Unsung hero:

Logan Tomanek who is a bit of a feature in Exact Films productions. Also the stylist – some bold choices here, some work, some don't. But I love the ambition.
